- Select > Send to Database.

- Next click the >Options > Create Database.

- FrontPage will create an MS Access Database, a special
folder called fbdb, a global.asa file (don't edit this) along with
some addition user fields. Click OK.
- Now lets create a custom Confirmation page and error page. Create
a new page and save it as:
whats_new_article_submitted_successful.asp
and error page database_error.asp ( I like to reuse my error page on
many forms so I usually save it in a specific directory /_forms/database_error.asp)
- Right click on the form again, select >Form Properties >Send to
Database > Options and browse to your confirmation and error pages.
>Click OK

- Now let's create our database results page. Create a new page and
name it whats_new.asp As you can see below you can have static html
above or below where the database results are inserted.

- On your whats_new.asp select >Insert >Database >Results >select
Use an esisting connection >Select whats_new_post (or whatever you
called it) and click >Next
